This condo has 10’ ceilings in all rooms, and is accessed by approximately 10 stairs from the street level.

For maximum occupancy flexibility, the master bedroom features both a king bed and twin bed. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and one twin bed. The master bath contains a double vanity set in a granite countertop and fully-tiled shower. The guest bath has a granite countertop vanity and whirlpool tub/shower.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, which include a gas range/oven, 25 cu ft side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully- equipped, allowing you to cook any meals you desire to eat in. The spacious laundry room contains a washer and dryer.
