House Features:

This House has 10’- 20’ ceilings in all rooms, creating a glass enclave, drawing top of the world views into the home.

There is plenty of comfortable seating for your party to enjoy gathering together.  In the winter months the gas fireplace offers a cozy, mountain vibe while you enjoy your favorite programs on the huge HDTV mounted over the fireplace on the wall of stone that rises from the hearth to the ceiling.

High definition televisions are in the great room and all 3 bedrooms. The house is equipped with WIFI and central heat/air for your comfort and enjoyment.

Set up for larger groups, the master bedroom has both a king bed & twin bed. Bedroom #2 has both a queen bed & twin bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds.  The master bedroom offers 2 large walk in closets.  All bedrooms offer wall mounted TVs with Direct TV satellite channels.

Each bedroom offers a full, private bath. The luxurious, master bath is quite large, with split double vanity sinks , a custom tile double entry shower and bidet.

The gourmet kitchen features a Décor gas range and oven, 25 cu ft. stainless refrigerator, bread warmer, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cook any meals you desire to eat in. The large kitchen island is a great gathering spot and the open floor plan means you never are far from the group, or great views!  The full size laundry room/mud room offers a soaking sink, front load, full size washer and dryer and direct access to the garage.

The house is appointed with hardwood flooring and the sunroom feels like an intimate oasis with its unique rock in-lay .

The stone patio is fully covered and has a dining table with seating for 6. A grill is provided on the patio, along with a Bose sound system for outdoor enjoyment.

No smoking or pets are allowed in this house.

Finally, this house has an attached double-car garage.
